Orders and Payment

  All orders are subject to confirmation by LHY Audio. We reserve the right to cancel orders due to inventory, pricing errors, or other reasons.

  Payment methods include PayPal, Airwallex, credit cards(Visa/MasterCard) . Payment must be completed within 24 hours of order confirmation.

Shipping and Delivery

Processing time: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holidays).

Delivery areas: We ship globally, but some countries/regions may be restricted. Shipping costs and times vary by destination.

Duties taxes: LHY Audio will bear any import duties, taxes, or VAT that may be imposed by the destination country/region (unless otherwise required by local laws). These costs will not be charged additionally to the buyer.

Warranty Policy

Warranty period: LHY Audio products are covered by a one-year limited warranty, starting from the date the buyer receives the product.

Warranty coverage: The warranty covers malfunctions resulting from defects in materials or workmanship (specific coverage is subject to the product manual).

Exclusions: The warranty does not cover human damage, misuse, unauthorized disassembly or modification, normal wear and tear, or consumables.

Warranty process: To claim warranty service, please contact customer support (webstore@lhy-audio.com) and provide proof of purchase and a description of the fault. We will guide you through the subsequent process.

Return & Refund Policy

Return window: Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt (items must be unused and undamaged).

Process: Contact customer support (webstore@lhy-audio.com) for return address and instructions. Do not ship back to the original address.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days after inspection.

Limitation of Liability

  LHY Audio is not liable for delays or losses due to force majeure (e.g., war, natural disasters, logistics strikes).
